In relation to the grant (Horumarinta Elmiga" - Education for Empowerment through Cohesive and Harmonised System project – ESDP II) secured from EU (90% EU and 10% Save Children/consortium partners), The primary duties and responsibility of the manager will include provision of coordination and programme management support to all consortium members involved in implementation of the grant (Ministry of Education & Higher Studies (MOHES), Save the Children, CARE and NRC);
