The Technical Specialist (TS) - Skills Training and Employment, will provide overall technical advice and support to all projects related to skills training and employment in Puntland. He/She will play a leading role in capacity building of Area teams, partners, consortium members and other local actors in Puntland in the areas of skills training and employment.
